Our newest model is a MÁV measurement car. These cars are used for measuring the tracks’ state, to assure safe travelling on the railway.

Hence measurement runs take long days, the car’s not only equipped with track measurement equipment, but accommodation. this car for instance was made by modifying a Czechslovakian couchette car, and the crew was given two cabins with beds, two kitchen cabins, and a hall. The cars were also given viewing port “bubbles”.
